At WalMek, we are committed to delivering your luxury fragrances safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed, packed, and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, or remote area accessibility.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: May take additional time

3. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders across Pakistan. No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping. This is our way of making luxury fragrance accessible to everyone.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the courier's official website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at thewalmek@gmail.com.


5. Delivery Responsibility

WALMEK takes full responsibility for your order until it is handed over to our courier partner. Once dispatched, the delivery is managed by the courier service. WALMEK is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including but not limited to delays due to high parcel volumes, weather disruptions, or logistical issues beyond our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you in coordinating with the courier.


6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Do not open the parcel if you notice visible damage or tampering.
  • Record a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel before and during opening.
  • Report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing thewalmek@gmail.com with your order number and the video evidence.

Claims made after 24 hours or without video evidence may not be accepted.


7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is unclaimed, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout.
