At WalMek, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of perfume products, our return and refund policy is designed in line with standard industry practices for the fragrance industry. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perfumes that have been unsealed, opened, or used for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fragrance that has been opened.
  • Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items where the original packaging has been damaged by the customer.

3. Eligible Returns

A return may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is completely different from what was ordered (wrong product).
  • The item arrived in a damaged or defective condition due to a manufacturing fault or shipping mishandling.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened in its original sealed packaging.
  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting video/photo evidence.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Do not open the parcel if you notice visible damage or tampering.
  2. Record a clear unboxing video showing the outer packaging and the item inside.
  3. Email us at thewalmek@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • The unboxing video or photos as evidence

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without video/photo evidence will not be accepted.


5. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
  • Please note that bank processing times may vary and it could take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please return the eligible item (subject to our return conditions above) and place a new order separately.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, email us immediately at thewalmek@gmail.com with your order number.
